Another Kasama HEad puzzle??

I have come across another problem with fitting head to mini t. It is probably me being stupid and would appreciate any help or guidance.
When setting up +/- pitch to be 12/12 I have notice on positive pitch something in the head is getting strained when trying to go to full pitch. It looks like it is something to do with seesaw but can't be sure. As a result I lose cyclic control due to the problem.
Would hate to have noticed when flying the thing!
Anyone had something similar???

you sure its positive pitch ?

i had a problem on full negative pitch the slide was binding on what looked like the two pins that stick out of the head block, but it turned out to be sticking on the shaft .. i 'lapped' the shaft with some water paper and its smooth now
