Axe cp help

I just purchased a used helimax off e-bay [I know I know]
So anyway I hooked it up and it runs for about 2 to 5 sec and stops
and the green light blinks and stops and stays on. any ideas?
Is there anyway to reset it?

Could be telling you that you battery is to low and needs to be charged.
