raptor 30 shake

I crashed my 30... and rebuilt it with new... main shaft,spindle,head,flybar,main blades,tail boom,boom supports, belt, and tail tail blades,....now it has a really bad shake when i try to get it off the ground...... What could this be?... Any help would be great.....

First thought is the tail output shaft bent? you did not list that in replaced parts.

Second thought, any bent linkages, even slight will cause pitch angles to be off.

Third thought, is the frame or landing gear cracked at all?

Got it fixed and it flys great... the wood blades were out of balance tried balancing still wouldn't work ... picked up a set of hirobo woods... and it works fine
