Hi Guys, I finally put an R617FS in one of my SEs using a 14MZ 2.4.
It works great! I can feel there is an instant reaction to stick inputs, but I have a problem during the first spin-up... The head starts too fast, even just creeping the stick up to engage the motor. ESC is set to soft start.
BTW, I am using a 5 pt. curve for the throttle, should I add more pts. to the lower end of the throttle curve to make an easy sweep up to spin-up?
Can the Acceleration program cure this?, if so what is 'Dumping' do/mean in this program?

Have any of you had the same problem with an electric heli... and what did you do to cure it?

I've flattened the throttle curve between 0% and 40% in normal mode (allways flying in idle-up, just using normal mode for spool-up)
