I flew my 600n today. After 4 flights, everything worked fine. But then I found out the engine could not provider enough power in Idel mode and then I saw the pipe mouth was almost out from pipe. It seems like the weld problem. How can I deal with that. Can Align_usa repair it or change one can work?

ouch sorry to see that, I understand this is not an entirely uncommon issue and that some individuals have had success getting repairs/replacements from align, wouldn't hurt to try to contact them and the place your purchased it from for guidance on what to do.

They may not necessarily help you with a phone call either. They will only replace the muffler on Align's behalf if Assurance distributed the part to your particular reseller. If the part(s), although made in the same factory in Taiwan, is(are) distributed by another company such as Horizon Hobby you are more than likely on your own. In my particular case, Assurance did not offer to replace the muffler as my seller is not on their authorized list. Fortunately for me, with the deal I got on my combo kit I can afford to buy 3 or 4 mufflers before I am up to what I would have paid through the LHS, assuming my LHS at the time could stock all the parts anyway.
My recent post about a similar problem with the same junk mufflers:

Check out the Curtiss Youngblood MP5 muffler. The company is based in TX and you can actually call the folks and talk to people that stand behind their products. I purchaseed a governor from them and was exceptionally pleased with the customer/technical support I received during my installation. Good company, hopefully they can keep up the support and craftsmanship.

How old is that Heli?
Less than 35 flights.
And there has no damage on the pipe at all.
