Unfortunately, the manual only lists the hardware pieces in the steps for each bag and not the structural pieces.
The label may have fallen off. As far as I can tell from the photo at the beginning of the manual, the 600NB1 bag contains the radio box at the front of the heli as well as at least some of the bell cranks.

Also if you can download vids, Finless Bob's 600N build vids cover each bag with each step and what's included in each bag I believe.
Check the parts over carefully, there just might be a packing screw up or missing label. If I remember correctly some of the orders and bags were screwed up in my kit.

I am using Bob Finless's videos to find more info on the parts in bags #600NB1.
Great videos bye the way.....
I just tought someone might have a unbuit kit.
Mybe pisc of parts and bag # in bag # 600NB1 or a parts list.
I have built a TREX 450,TREX 500 and now the TREX 600 Nitro.
I love every one.BUT!!!
Why is Align not listing bag # under the parts list at the end of the manual??..
OH NO.That would make sence...
If I find a better way I'll list it here..We can only hope...
Again thanks for you time and help.

All of the little steps, e.g. 600NB1A the main bearings, are in 600NB1 They are all to do with the frame except for the jesus bolt.
I think you will find it is a big heap of the screws, specialty washers, balls, main bearing holders, and the Rx tray.
Try putting the frame together and see what is missing, I am thinking it would be a goodly bit of the frame hardware. Remember though a lot of the parts listed as being in bag so and so are already installed in some of the pieces.
