I do not have the answer to your question but I was hoping that since you must be working on this system I could get a piece of advice.
To remove that bearing was is it necessary to separate the frames?
If you have the cf this may not apply.
Not to actually horn in on your thread but I am starting to have my suspicions and I do not appreciate the idea of having to split the frame to change this out.
Arrgh. I just looked at the manual and I am not hopeful.
Thanks for any help.

The place where the arrows are showing is where the outer teeth spin on the inside sleeve of the bearing when it gets messed up. Yes, you can apply it there. The main thing is to be sure you don't get any thread locker on the inside of the bearing race where it spins and locks on the shaft. If you do that, you will have it all messed up for good.
As for having to split the cf or plastic frames to change the owb.. no, you don't have to split the frame and the owb swap can be done in a few minutes, it's real easy.
The process is to take out the bolt for the main gear, drop the main gear, remove the bolt from the bottom of the owb shaft, then back out the two set screws near the top of the shaft. Next, slide the shaft down and out, slide out/remove the owb (don't lose the two thin washers that are above and below the owb that are held in place by a dab of grease). Next, replace the owb with a new one (make sure you don't put it in upside down), replace the shaft, line up the shaft carefully for the spots for the set screw positions, and then thread lock the two set screws back on the shaft, then thread lock the bottom bolt up into the bottom of the shaft. Then replace main gear and thread lock the bolt that goes through it. Done. It sounds like complex process, but really after you do it once, you can easily do it all in less than 10 mins.

Dude, just get the 20T OWB. For less than $10 you won't have to worry about greening anything. I went thru 3 19T OWBs and once I got the 20T zero problems. I'd rather spend the $10 for piece of mind instead of worrying about my bird falling out of the sky...

Hi!
I had the same issues... tried the green loctide thing, ordered a 20T owb and replaced it as soon as it arrived. The 20T makes a much better impression, no issues yet...

Aro75, They mean that taking a chance flying your heli with the green thread locker isn't worth the risk to try a repair on a $9 part - and I totally agree.
If your repair job doesn't work, the crash damage (or injury to you or someone else) could cost much more than $9.
If you want to try the repair that's cool, but you might want to consider testing the heli spooled up on the ground only until you get in the new 20T owb. Just a suggestion, it's your decision.
Steve :)
