Stratus tail help

I am having some difficulty with the tail on my Stratus. It has a fast twitch side to side in hover and flight. Here is my set-up:

JR 770 gyro
JR 8900 Servo

DX7 TX set to:
ATVs at 150%
Gain at 60%
Duel rates at 33%

The first issue is tail shake side to side on hover and in turns. The second issue is that the tail is slow. I am used to a faster piro rate. I would like it to be a bit crisper as well.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

What are your ATV settings for rudder channel? (not gain, but RUD channel)
What is your Gyro gain settings?

ATV at 150% to the right and left
Gyro gain at 60%
