OMI Big bore carb mod

Hello guys,
i was wondering if any of you guys know what OMI does in the big bore mod, has anyone ever took one of these apart ?

i already have a Kline modified carb and wouldnt want to have to send my carb to the US again if i dont have to.

well just the basic thing is ....its bored out oval...I think to 10.8 ...not sure what all else is done but that alone takes skill and a proper setup and equipment!
