I have MS Composit 550mm night blades (main) on a Logo 500 3d.
I have the blades tightened as usual (tight enough to move by hand, but not so loose they fall on their own when tilted).
The problem I am seeing is that the night blade power connecting pins are at a location that exactly falls into the blade holders. So when I first spin up my blades are folding back and crushing the night blade connectors - breaking them.
So, should I tighten the blades even more?
Am I maybe spinning up TOO SLOW?
Looking for some ideas.
