Never received my Helifreak.com t-shirt

I ordered it on 2-28-2008 and never received it. (Chattonoogaheli.com). Paid with paypal. Company name is BC graphics. Website shows it as being shipped.

Emails have gone unanswered.

Paypal won't do anything about it I tried. Looks like I got screwed. :mad:

Has anyone had a bad experience with them as well? Perhaps it is just an oversight or lost mail, but they don't respond to my emails.

I didn't get mine as well but I don't even have my heli flying yet anyway. good to know that I will get it sometime and really no hurry, If ya print them yourself I know how hard that is. I was actually looking into doing that myself but with arcade T-s

The shirt was shipped out on the following Friday.
As soon as I got an e-mail Yesterday from PayPal. I sent a FULL refund (4:29PM Yesterday) even though Pay Pal said that it had gone past 45 days.
I'm sorry you didn't get your shirt...Someone got it because it did not come back to me as undeliverable.

There are 4 orders that have been delayed, But were shipped yesterday and ALL had a free B-Ham shirt with them. Everyone will have there shirts in the next couple of days.

I'm am not taking orders online for a while.I have closed the Chattanooga,com to where no products show. I am working 12 hours a day doing art for jobs printing in my shop.

Web will reopen when there is more time.

The store will be open this weekend at Huntsville.

Thanks for the refund, I am sorry that it appears you got hurt by this transaction. I don't understand what could have happened. I never received the shirt, and you have to wonder, who got my shirt? The post office is usually very reliable.

While appreciate the refund, all I ever really wanted out of the deal was a helifreak tshirt. :(
