lipos taking longer to charge especially the last constant voltage bit.

Tell us what charger/balancer you are using.
If you are putting back in the same mAh as before and it is taking longer to charge, it is usually an indication of a damaged pack in some way or another. If your LiPo's cells are getting more and more out of balance for some reason, it will take longer to charge because the balancer will keep draining voltage off of the higher charged cells and sometimes a cell just won't want to take a full charge.
