Hello
Get yourself the OS 50 Hyper runs great no probs so far and easy to tune. Mine went from 10% Nitro to 20 % without problems, just got better.

TT Redline, or YS50.

I'd go for the TT Redline 53H. :-)

There are 3 options. The ys 50, TT 53, or os 50 hyper. I only have experience with the os 50 hyper. I can say that is an awesome engine, easy to tune, and makes great power with the align pipe. Currently I have 12 gallons through it, and it is still running great.

I see alot of ebay adds from overseas that show an ALIGN OS 50 hyper...is this a knock off?

It's just a re-badged OS. Same motor.

I have the YS 50 and love it, tons of power. Cant comment on the others as I have no experience with them although I see fairly regular posts about the OS bearings going out quick in some cases. Your mileage may vary.

Hi Yarbsea,

I've got 13 flawless gallons through my OS .50 Hyper. No bearing problems. No adjustment problems. It's as reliable as my electrics. It makes excellent power through the entire tank with the addition of a CarbSmart.

I've never had a problem with an OS engine. That's why I never try anything else.

Keep 'em flying.:YeaBaby:

I've flown the OS 50 and the YS50. I like them both but I think the edge in terms of power goes to the YS50. Paired with the Align pipe, it's a good combo.

os 50 with the Align pipe. Been using OS engines since 1979, never a problem.
