D/R set up and downloaded picture

Just got 14 MZ and I am new to Futaba. I wonder how to propery setup D/R rate. For example,
1) I want to set up my aileron, elevator and rudder like this

ail normal D/R 35% Rate 80%
Idel up 1 D/R 25% Rate 100%

Ele normal D/R 35% Rate 80%
Idel up 1 D/R 25% Rate 100%


Rudder normal D/R 40% Rate 100%
Idel up 1 D/R 25% Rate 100%

I am now set up using all 6 D/R provided and I do not think this is correct. Since my D/R on both Ail and Ele ae the same can I group it together and how?

2) I tried to downloaded my picture which is in JPG format but can not paste, the manual said it has to be BMP picture file, how do I convert JPG to Bmp format?

This is something that's missing in the 14MZ. I had a few email exchanges with Futaba support and finally convinced them (at least I hope I did ;) ) to add grouping of AFR&D/R in a future release on the radio software. If you're like me and want to control D/R independently from condition, i.e. using a separate switch, then you have to go into each condition manually and duplicate D/R settings. You can setup a dual or triple D/R depending on the switch you choose. You'll end up with 2 settings each for rudder, elevator and aileron (yep, you have to define the last two separately). What the Futaba folks recommended, was to first setup Normal condition as I needed, then copy it to my other condition (only way to automatically get AFR&D/R the same across conditions). Of course, you have to then manually adjust your throttle/pitch curvers, gyro, gov settings as needed.

Regarding the picture, I use Photoshop to reduce and save as a .bmp.
