LOL!!!!!!!!!!
Had my itchy fingers sifting the stuff on flebay, and ended up on head lock gyros. Apart from the pEsky one, found an iMax G192. Cheap, and would I be right in saying you get what you pay for?
DierWolf

I heard the iMax works pretty good..... I personally use the Esky one, reallydont know what everyones complaining about my tail holes perfectly fine as you can see in my video's.

Have no complaints about my rate gyro either, had it out in 25 mph winds today without any probs, but if others are superior I want my heli to be as good as it can:thumbup:
All the best Ian

My itchy fingers went swiftly back to flebay and bought a pEsky HH gyro for £20, which I thought was a good price - mixed metaphor:-
"a bargain is in the eye of the beholder"
Wont recognise the bird when she has her new CNC head/tail, HH gyro and Trex canopy!!!!!!!!!
Tried the sim yesterday [clearview and helisim] but kept crashing. Will persever on new technique, without thumbs!!!!!!

Mike, I've been finding that regular internet web sites often have very much better pricing and shipping than ebay sellers do. I think we should perhaps have a consensus of opinion on who's the best?
helihathnofury

Yes, Martin, maybe we should start a new topic on it, after all, we generally are all after the same parts to bling our Belt up with.
Guys I use on flebay are Goodlucksell and Cyberport888. Never had a prob with them at all.

Having said that though, I had notification this morning that the "goodlucksell" chap had been suspended for illegal procedure or something. Would bo nice to know who are the good guys and who are the bad guys.

Here I am, again, waiting for Mr Postman. Snag is, I live a bit in the sticks, so will prob not get my stuff until Monday lunchtime - if I am lucky. Guess i will have to resort to a bit of "lama-ing". BTW, have tried the Blade 400 main gear and it works reaaly well - a straight fit. Was losing power, despite the new "Gerd" batteries, which I knew were fully charged. So after switching the Helimax gear for the Eflite gear, and all was well, I suspected that the one-way bearing was on its way out, for some reason. Curious.
Happy flying guys !!!!!!!!!!!

Ian,
I ordered some of those turnbuckle type linkage rods to use from the swashplate - they look like a good idea to get perfect tracking
