after building my trex 500cf kit and flying it about for about 4 flights i decided to check if all the screws were still intact and tight enough.

While trying to tighten screw 138 the head broke off and washer 137 came off.
The rest of the bearings 134/135 are still on the rotor holder but i dont dare force pull it off becouse i dont want to break the thread on the tail rotor hub.

I have tried glueing the head of the screw back onto the screw itself but that did not work.
Does anyone here know how to solve this? do i need a whole new tail hub, just becouse of a stuck screw?

Thanks for your time!

Take off the blade grips, bearings etc., cut a groove in the top of the screw with a dremel and use a flat head screw driver to take it out.
