balance a pair of 3s as one 6s?

Anyone know where to get an adapter to balance a pair of 3s lipos together as if they were a single 6s? I figure if they're going to be run in series in the heli, they should be balanced together, right?

Why would it be important that they are balanced in use?

You want to be careful when charging a set of (unbalanced) cells, so none are over charged. And if one pack were much lower than the other, you could conceivably over discharge the low one if you were not prudent.

But it's not like the heli is going to fly around in a circle because the cells aren't balanced, is it?

You're right, probably doesn't make much difference when they're in use. But I only have one charger, so charging 2 at a time helps.
