After checking all things out I was about to do my maiden flight..

specs
hacker a40 10L
jazz 80
hytperion 5S 4800
23t .5mod pinion
401/9254
etc.

after spooling up, I noticed that the heli wasnt taking off due to low head speed. I found out my one way bearing is shot. I could hold the blades and turn it counter and clockwise. So much for German reliability. I dont know the price but I know that this is gonna cost me arm and a leg.. the motor is turning fast but the bearing is slipping and not getting the full rpm.

Contact either the place you bought it from or the distributor Aeromodel. I'm sure if it was never run before you should be covered.

Agreed...... and don't keep trying to spool up with it defective, don't want to mare your mainshaft.

Yes I would contact AeroModel the US distributor, be wise though as stated to find out where the guy you bought it off got it from simply to pass along. I am certain they'll get you a new one.

I know it's not the issue but you can change the bearing (http://video.helifreak.com/?subpath=mercuriell&filename=Oneway.wmv)fairly easily

Just Aero-Model. FXAeromodel is a dealer that happens to carrry items distributed by Aero-Model. Contact this one as i don't think FXA will be able to help you since they didn't sell it to you.
