Maxpro X6???

Hello All,
Got a few questions about the maxpro X6. First, anyone here have and use one? Secondly, how about that software, anyone here having better luck than I am with it? I'm using Vista, and it will not see any COM ports unless I run it in compatibility mode from Win 95 up to 2000. Then, it will see the Com port but will NOT connect. Getting really frustrated with this charger! Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

oh yeah....I did search found a chart with the words maxpro X6 in it, in comparison with other batteries. :)

I have had one for several months and like it a lot. I have not tried the PC software so cannot comment. I have lent it to a friend who also likes it and he did try the software and couldn't get it to work on his laptop.
