How do I adjust the gear mesh?!?

Hi!
I have seen here i should readjust the tailgear mesh of the open TR box after a certain number of flight... My Xtreme hasent left the ground yet but well this week it should be airborn...
And i just cant see how i can adjust that...
Both pignons are atached(glued, scrued?) on a metal part who is fixed with a pin that goes threw the tailrotor shaft...

I got one of the new Kits whith open TR box....
