I wanted everyone to know what we witnessed at the Huntsville Fun Fly this weekend.

As always, Synergy's customer service is top notch, you can't buy this kind of support in this hobby.

Todd Bennett and Matt Botos took their time to help each of us with any questions or issues we may have had with our models. They were friendly and informative. Both of these guys are a bit modest when it comes to these kinds of things so they likely don't get the credit they are due.

There was one guy who had some serious vibration issues after a crash that he couldn't work out.

Todd asked for the engine to be shipped to him. He took it upon himself to check everything, balance the fan and set the run out.

Then, at the fun fly, Matt and Todd sat down and completely went through this machine, installed the engine, tested everything and then flew the fear out of it. You can't buy this kind of support.

Guys, we thank you for continuing to exceed our expectations -- you're are building a loyalty base that mass marketing will never achieve -- Thank you!

thanks synergy, we fly the crap out of these helis and they never let us down. support is top notch and I currently own 3 N9s. Gyro Hobbies in Orange county is the supplyer and have expert experience at set up and maintenance.

That in its self is enough to sale me on it I am going to stick with my 600 N Trex for the rest of the summer and in July I'll get the N9 to take to my Family Reunion:hug::cheers:banana
When I buy some thing Like a Heli I want The best quality and precision and I would like some amazing support if need .And just know that these guys give that kind of Support tells me alot about their model and the quality
