I am installing a JR G770 Gyro in my T-Rex 450SE v2. The gyro instructions specify/suggest using 65% D/R and 47% Expo. I set this up with NO problems on my friends DX6i using those settings.

Do I need to make the setting "negative" on my Futaba 7C (2.4Ghz) because I think I read somewhere the settings are opposite btwn Spektum and Futaba?

Example

JR / Spektrum
D/R: 65%
Expo: 47%

Futaba
D/R: -65%
Expo: -47%

Help and thanks in advance.

Yeah its -% on the 7C

I use -20% expo on my 7C to make the sticks less sensitive around the center!

So I'm assuming I would need EXPO to be - 47% then? How about D/R?

Hi there.
The D/R is absolute value in percentage of the total travel. No + or - there, just the value.

For Futaba, a negatv value in Expo softens the response around center. So yes, to soften the response you need -XX % in Expo.
