Check the flybarless forum, Works perfect in 3D much faster cyclic..
As for radio, yeah i'll have to upgrade, but for the time being just be very very very easy on the sticks. with flybarless it doesnt take much to get what you want..
They make a lovely little $550 autopilot unit   , I just know that you secretly want one

Thats one extreme MOD. Not sure I will be doing that anytime soon:roll:
Would be nice to see a vid of a heli flying with the MOD to see how it handles.
Is there any other Mods out there at the moment?
Anyone got a link to the best flybar bushes? Think they are the Trex V2 but not sure. Will order them today.
Whats a good tail boom? Is it a case of preference? Think I may go for the Trex Carbon boom. Unless anyone else can come up with a better looking boom.

Thought i had read somewhere on this forum that the Trex booms are a bit longer than the pEsky ones - so need to get the Trex belt too I suppose...

No.
As I put previously. I was the first to try a trex boom and belt for the Trex compatable thread. There are 2 lengths of boom. One is alot smaller the other I think 347mm. You need the 347mm one. Its alittle smaller than the std belt boom. You can use the belt off the esky but its again alittle longer than the Trex belt (Only a mm or so!).
But I have the Trex boom and belt on at the moment running well. The only visible difference is that the boom is slid out further than the std boom to get the tention on the belt.

Might be a daft question, but is the Trex cf any better than the Esky cf? I'm getting better at non-training gear landings, but have the occasional "moment", where i get a little clumsy with a boom strike. Do you reckon I ought to stick with the "standard" boom in that case, Andy?

Would think the Align will be better quality but I agree that if you had the std esky you dont need to change unless you want it to look better. I have the std alloy Align boom at the moment costing £6 for 2 booms. But I dont think im happy with the look and its only £7.50 for the carbon (Only 1 though!).
Its down to you really. If you dont like the look then yes change. But it will only be looks that you change it for. Maybe slight strength but not certain.
Im hoping someone will have a complete different make to recomend just to give my heli something truely unique.
