Hi

I'm a neewbe and instantly caught the monkey on my back that is RC helis. My local hobby shop has a plethora of E-Flight products and parts. So I started with the CX2, steped up to the CPpro (:bomb:) and have graduated to the 400, which I LOVE:noteworthy. My question is: can I program the neat radio it came with to controll the other to two birds? If so, how? It would just be cool to have my whole E-Flight fleet in one TX. Hope I posted this in the right forum, sorry if I didn't. :dontknow

I believe the receiver in the CX2 is a Spectrum DSM receiver so you should be able to setup your tx for it. I'm not sure what receiver the CPpro has in it. Basically, the tx that came with your b400 is a dx6i which is manufactured by Spectrum. And, Spectrum and JR are basically the same company. So any Spectrum or JR digital spread spectrum receiver will work with the dx6i. You will need to 're-bind' the cx2 receiver to a new model on the dx6i.

Carefull tho, I have one of the "weird" cx2's that wont play nice with my DX6i. In order to get it to work I have to have the gyro turned all the way off. Making flying it a pain in the ass. Ive tried 2 differant 3in1 and both do the same thing. In plane or heli mode, it dosnt make any differance...

So if you get it bound up and the cx2 starts wagging its tail like a dog, you might just have the same problem.

Here is the method for setting up a DX7 for a CX2 http://www.horizonhobby.com/Articles/Article.aspx?ArticleID=1658 . I imagine the setup will be very similar to the DX6i.

As far as the BCPP...you will have to buy a new Rx. I use the AR6100 in mine and it works great.
