I just set up my first nitro plank and I am trying to figure out how to program my throttle hold switch on my DX7(heli) to kill my nitro engine. Is this possible on the Spektrum DX7 or do I have to use my throttle trim settings to go from idile to not running?
Thanks

its possible. activate the TH function. then adjust the idle setting to where it will cut the engine off.

Finless has a video on how to set a switch to kill and engine.

I don't remember where I saw it, but you can program Th for your planks. It is a Th -> Th mix.

if your flying a plane with the dx7 the easiest way to kill it is just hold the thro trim down till it dies the just tap up one time only on the throttle trim after it dies and it will automaticaly go back to your preset position. without having to click each click to remember. but only hit up once after it dies.

Thats only if you have the throttle hold option turned on.
other wise you have to click click click all way back to where you was.
