I have not heard of anyone trying them on a 90 "yet" but I see no earthly reason why they would not.

Then I can look it over for my self !!!!

For flybarless you need three gyro sensors. two for the cyclic and a third for the tail. The SK360 has 2 built-in for the cyclic, you'll still need a seperate tail gyro for the rudder. V-Bar has 3 built-in gyro, so no tail gyro is required.

Any tail gyro that you like will do. A Spartan will be more than O.K.:smokin:

PS
thanks for then info !

Yes, you have to get a new head or mod the existing one. The blade grips goes directly to the swash and the swash need to stay "in-phase" with the blade grips with the use of a "swash driver".

To me, that is the whole point of having a SK-360 instead of VBar, I am happy with a cheap gyro on my Trex 450 so no need to compulsory use the VBar gryp that comes with the package ... also, I have a Spartan on my Trex 600 and I am happy with it, I did not want to set the gyrp again so I give up buying a VBar.

phasing timing can be adjusted in the "phase trim" in the swash tag. I have include this into the quick reference in my site.

To save a few dollars, I mod the stock and it runs good for me, recommended to use a more rigid dampening and blades, I suggest to keep the mixing arms to step down the torque instead of going directly from blades to swash, that may keep the servos quickly

with the use of a "swash driver".
By "Swash Driver" are you referring to locking the washout to the head block?

Yes, you can either lock the washout and use the lever or make a guide for the ball link rod to follow the blade grips like the one below.

Hi everyone !
yes, it's a great product, but for me, i have some problems to process the installation. I always have some problems with CCPM (ff9 CHPS, servo HS81 on a 149ip).
When i put rear servo (CH2) on C1, right servo (CH1) on R2 and left on L3 (CH3), does i need to put the output E1 in the CH2, A2 on CH1 and P3 on CH3 ?? Because when i do this, two servo works normaly but the third have a small travel (10%). It's seems to works when i add 200% of travel on the servo trim panel, but i guess there are problem :arggg:
if you have some simple way to folow for a Trex 450 plugs tutorial, i'll enjoy it for sure :)
Thanks !

It will be an easier setup if you set your Tx to Normal Swash and don't use CCPM on the Tx. Have the SK360 do the CCPM mixing. You'll get better resolution and less headache debugging.

Tyio876180, I have a quick reference for set up in my site, step by step. See my signature and there is a link in the page of "Digital Flybar"
Art is checking the steps but it is very close to perfect, only need to ensure you check all the sensor and control direction before spin up

HELI-RND.... would be glad to host any files and setups you have here as well and make it a post... Up to you and Art! Let me know.
Bob
Thanks for the tips, all goes ok now :)
but, i have a new problem that i didn't have when i use my triblades head for the trex 450. The phasing was done with the compas as mention here
http://flying-hobby.com/catalog/html/images/450%203%20blades%20head2.jpg
but the heli doesn't do what it did previsouly, the phasing seems to have change . I have try to adjust the phasing ° (90 then, 60) but i without sucess, the command aren't ok.
I have to use the phasing triming or not, for this kind of situation ??, any other tips :)
:)

tyio,
If you line up one of the blades with the tail boom, then move only the elevator to see if that blade changes pitch which is not expected, then use the phase trim to adjust, I think that is what you are looking for
