Hi Guys,

Here is some pics of my scale Thunder Tiger MD530 using Align 600 mechanics.

I built it last summer.

I added a Spartan RC AP-2000i and FMA sensor.

It flys great.

I blacked out the front windows of mine from the inside. Thats a lot of glass and it really looks better IMO if you can't see all the electronics. I left the back windows off but I'm going to put the blacked out front windows in it when I get time.

How did it fit? I always have people asking me if the 600n will fit in there ok and how much extra work it is.

I could be wrong, but I think it's electric... either that or it's running really lean... ;)

Looks good!

BarracudaHockey,

Installing the frame took the most time. The body is made to fit a thunder tiger raptor. The raptor has the fly bar over the blades. Align has theirs below. I used a second frame base as a spacer to move up the frame.

That gave me room so the fly bar would not hit the top of the body.

I had to move the tail servo and make a custom control rod.

Also having a torc drive shaft helped.

The stock align ESC was replaced with CC85HV.

I was thinking about blacking out the main windows. I have left the side windows off for cooling, which has help allot.

badriM,

I will take some pic of the insides and post soon. Next few days.

Thanks for the response guys.

I also have a scale Century Agusta 109 30/50. I used a Gaul 550 stock frame.

I will post some pics of it soon.

I love flying scale!!!!!
