Belt CP won't lift off

I am running a JGF 450 motor, Dynam 30amp ESC with a TP 2100 3 cell in my Belt CP and have set the curves as follows:

Throttle: 0, 50, 80, 90, 100

Pitch: 45, 47.5, 50, 75, 100

I spool up to full throttle and the bird won't even get light.

have you measured your collective pitch range with a pitch gauge? it's possible that your links aren't long enough to give you enough pitch to lift off.
