Did I kill my 5S 3300

I have a EVO 25C 5S 3300 mAh pack, I failed to turn on my alarm on the radio. I flew about 10:30. I charged @ 1C on my FMA 10S charger. I put back in 3125 mAh the pack did not seem to PUFF at all and I checked the internal resitance on the charger and they did not change from previous charges. Is it going to be okay???????

I am thinking it should be okay but I would not continue to do this as durability will go down and output may be harmed in the long run ( Time Time Time your flights )
