pha-01 problem?

not sure where to post this, as i'm not sure what the problem is.

i have had a hummingbird V1 bone stock with a PHA-01 running just fine for about 15 packs of nimh birdseed packs.

yesterday morning i took in the heli to work with 3 freshly charged birdseed 7cell packs for a spin in my warehouse before hours. everything was fine. i only got 2 minutes into the first pack though and a server went down and i had to pack it in for the day. but, the heli was running in tip-top shape....almost hands off steady.

i didnt even unpack the bird from yesterday--it was waiting for me at the office still. i put in another birdseed pack and lifted off and the heli now just spins to the left. its like right rudder doesnt even do anything--it doesnt even slow the tail rotor...it just keeps spinning left. if i add in left rudder it will really get going--and if i quickly add right in, it will finally slow down.

thinking maybe the packs discharged, i brought everything home and charged all 3 packs and my TX. same problem.

anyone ever seen this before? i am kinda stumped...nothing changed.

mine does that sometimes.unplug the batt,wait a few seconds and plug back in,all is well again.
I also find a drastic temp change does the same,so if the heli is in a/c room that's 65 and outside is 80 let it sit for 15 min.(& vice versa)
