BC6 "Connection Break" on new KP pack!!!

OK... one flight on the KP 5000 and BC6 doesn’t seem to want to re-charge it!
Have tried both Balance and Charge programs. Bought four and the other three charged fine.
Giving me the "connection break" message and yes I have got Balance AND output connections in place.

Well if 3 charged fine and 1 pack didn't, then it is the pack. More than likely the connector on the discharge leads is not making a proper connection. I once had a new Deans do that to me.

When it happened to me, I was amazed. New Deans, never used for flight. Checked out fine on a DVM. For whatever reason, it could not make a good electrical connection to the charge cable that checked out fine on other batteries. Let me know what you find.
