Has anyone had to return a faulty sim cable? Were you sent a replacement soon after?

I don't want to be without the use of Phoenix for long.

I am getting intermittent connection problems due to the cable/cable connection.

Anyone had any similar experience?

Cheers Geoff.

I never had a problem, but I heard a couple of overseas customers got returns withins just a few days.

Since you are in the UK anyway, I can't see why you think there might be a problem. Probably be no more than two days turnaround.

The lads at Phoenix have an excellent reputation for speed and service.

Got my replacement cable. You guys are right, the Phoenix team responded very quickly. I got my cable just a couple of days after sending back the old one.

The problem seems to have been fixed. So far no connection problems.
