Wow what a dream machine this 500 3d flybarless is! I was a little skeptical during the build, with all the plastic parts and very simple design.
I thought there was something wrong because it was so quiet when flying! It is 10x more quiet than my Trex 600e easily.
I haven't tached the headspeed yet but I'm running the Orbit 25-8 with a 15 tooth pinion, and a Jazz governer at 70% throttle flat and it is ridiculous. Absolutely no vibration anywhere, not even a hint of it. And this is the first heli I didn't have to touch tracking on. It's so perfect the rotor wash looks like a sheet of paper on end. Running the rotortech 550's
And the gyro(s)! The tail is locked in unbelievably well. I didn't have to change any settings (although I will be playing with them, you just have to tinker!). I just loaded the default 500/600 settings into the module. Flybarless is a really a weird feeling at first, the heli just maintains whatever orientation you put in, none of that pitch up in fff, etc.
Sell all of your non Logo helis and buy one of these machines right now. You won't miss them.
