Hi,I have a JR Propo X-378 transmitter.Would the transmitter work with Futaba servo's and receiver.
I use the transmitter with my shuttle on PPM.which has all JR radio gear.
The reason i ask is I'm looking at buying a second hand Raptor 50 and some that Ive seen have Futaba radio gear in.
Thanks.

It will work with the servos but you will need a new receiver.

Don't think this is true for his band. Notice his location. I think they use 35MHz in England and there is no positive/negative shift receivers. diyman, I would highly suggest you check with the locals.

Diyman,
As kthane said above. There is no shift in the within the band. So you should be able to use your JR transmitter to drive the Futaba reciever as long as they are on the same channel. This should be the case in the UK only.

As long that is PPM mode on the reciver. If it's PCM, it will not work.
