12FG Swash setup

Hi, I've been trying to find some practical setup tips for ccpm heli's using the 12FG Swash menu. I've read that it's similar to the 14MZ menu's.. but i can't seem to relate those setup tips to the 12FG's menu's. I'm wondering if anyone has any helpful tips on how to practically set up the the swash using the mixing rates in the 12FG Swash menu... My first question would be - what does the graphics mean in the menu - eg - above PIT - AIL, there is a left arrow, an up arrow and then an arrow in a circle... what's all this mean?

The manual didn't seem to tell the whole story for me either. Found this FAQ article (http://www.14mz.com/faq/faq-14mz-q845.html) for the 14MZ, and it made perfect sense out of the 12FG swash menu.
