Well I've finally found a supplier that matches Bergen service. I crashed my turbine last week....remember long story:YeaBaby:
So one thing bad was that my brand new Duralite 4300MAH LI-ION was part of the fire carnage as it melted some of the covering and killed the charging circuit. So on Monday I sent them the pack overnight and told them about the crash. They said they'd call me with any charges to fix it. I asked how long I could expect it to take. They said about a day after they received it. Well I didn't hear anything all week. I've been real busy so I let it go.
I get home and see a package on the porch. It's the Battery:banana They sent it back at NO CHARGE! What great service. My fault for the problem, but they fixed it.
Now that's service! So :thumbup::thumbup: for Bergen and Duralite.
