Always when i setup my helis I’m getting a little more negative than positive! Like -12/+11 what I’m doing wrong

I have been running into this issue also. There is some inherent slop in the head of the helicopters, and the weight on the pitch gauge is more on one side than the other. So measuring the pitch, slightly rock the pitch gauge, and you will see +/- 1 degree. I have learned to live with a +/- degree of error. I have the same problem when setting up cyclic pitch as well.
