i have a futaba R146ip 6 channel receiver located here:

my question is that i have a 4.8volt battery that i plug into channel 6 which has a 6/B mark on that channel and everything works normally (all servos control fine), but my radio (futaba 9C super) can only send out pitch on channel 6 (dont know how to swap channel 5 & 6 in radio), well can I plug my battery into channel 5 without burning out the RX? so i can plug my pitch servo into channel 6? or do i use a "Y" connector on channel 6 for my pitch? or how do i set it up?

i am trying to set up a raptor 30 with this RX and TX..

ch1 = aileron
ch2 = elevator
ch3 = throttle
ch4 = rudder/gyro
ch5 = ? (want pitch or battery here)
ch6/B = battery/pitch

Sure you can. On electric helis, the speed controls provide power to the Rx through the throttle channel. On pretty much any receiver, you can plug receiver power into any channel to power it up.
