I don't like the aerodynamics of the Comanche. Is there anything better?

Hi Wibble!

The V4 body and the Dauphin body will fit using the Comanche parts. The V4 body requires a different battery holder and skids. The Dauphin body is a direct replacement, don't have to change anything.

If you don't mind doing a little putzing around, the Eflite Jet Ranger body is a pretty good fit too. It would also require a V4 battery holder and skids.

Hi Wizard,

Good to see you! I'm trying to earn enough money for my unfailing heli habit these days, hence my temporarily posting less often. (phewww, that was good therapy )

I'm grateful to you for that info, it's been duly noted in my "heli" book . Pray tell me Sir, just what is that in your avatar?

Fortunately I'm retired twice, so I have 2 pensions and lots of free time.

It's a H-43 Husky from the late 50's. I have one of the bodies on my shelf waiting it's turn. Here's the guy that's got the bodies. (I swiped the pic for my avatar from here. ;) )

Ooooooh WOW, I can feel my paypal account getting ready for more silliness . I love the Huey

You've got 1 1/2 times the pension thing on me. I'm semi-retired and drawing a pittance, but hey, they gave it to me when I turned 50 , better than a poke in the eye with the sharp end of a stick!

Any pension is a good thing!

I've been eyeing that Huey too, but I figure I better learn to fly the Belt a little better before I buy another fuselage and save my money for crash repair.
