B400 online...

Anybody play any other online games, I mean before they became addicted to helis? I used to play AVP2, Raven Shield, Battlefield 2, and recently Call of Duty 4.

LOL Oh yea, lots of them. I use to run an Internet racing league years ago that was rather popular for NASCAR called CORS (Carolina Online Racing Series). We ran 75% length races. They could take up to 3 hours. :shock: Also played the original Delta Force, plus many many others over the years. Now, I just fly IL2 with some buddies weekly and join some other friends for some NovaLogic Joint Ops a few times a week and occasionally race with a friend and league I use to race with.

NOTE: If you do not have the user made fields you should get them. I am likely to be flying one of the new fields and if you do not have it you will get dropped. The Phoenix Social Group has opened up the group info to anyone. You can dowload them here (http://www.helifreak.com/group.php?groupid=34). I only have the first two downloads (Capi.rar & capi2.rar) at this time.

Well, I checked out all the sims and personally, coming from years of gaming (offline and online), Phoenix is a very nice piece of software. The UI is very simple. Eye candy is awesome. There are a few improvements that can be made, but it also seems they are listening to feedback as there have been many updates since it first came out. Some to resolve performance issues and some for general improvements. Obviously, the more users there are, the bigger the whole thing gets.

If you have a sim, try selling it on eBay maybe? Would love to see more of the B4 owners up here able to fly with us online. Though the software limits the number on a server to eight, it would still be cool.

Had my copy for over a week now and still haven't seen helimix online, :shock: what time of the day do you guys fly? from looking at my time zone it seems in-between 9.30AM and 11.30AM here in Australia, so what time of the day/night is it where you are?

Oh forgot to say i found to join, it was just the "helifreak" session not the helifreak 2 as you have in the first post and it's b400 for the password not B400, that got me in on the session ;)
