Ok I got a os 61 sx on my r60. Got good compression good, working glow plug, new fuel line, clunk, and filter. It seems that in the attempts to get it to fire up it just floods its self. :arggg: What am I missing. Needles look good too.

Raven_darkcloud,
I'll try to help.
Are you not overfilling the main tank ?
Is your exhaust pressure tubeing on top of the muffler ?
Is this tubeing free and clear ? (not clogged )
Are the back plate and head bolts tight ?
Are you useing a header tank ?
Do you use a fuel shut-off ?
What are the "Factory Settings"
How is your throttle linkage mechanical set-up ?
I.E.; Is the curve or trim idle setting equal to the carb. opening setting ?
"Working glow plug." Try a new one.......can't hurt.
Is the carb. seated, sealed and tight ?
Perhaps leaning the idle mixture screw and or the high needle a tad might get you running ?
Food for the hungry mind.
Regards

Once My new starter shaft get here I will. I just saw that I rounded the tip of mine when the thing flooded. This os has way more compression then my old tt70. LOL
