How do I program a Sonix 30A ESC

I was woundring if any one could help me to get info how to program a Sonix 30A ESC that came with my HDX.450. Dont know if it`s here the problem is, but the motor make scratsnoise and act like there is something that is holding it back.
Have tryed HeliDirect many times to get a answer but NO response. The heli is brand new, never been in the air. just spinning up on the ground.

Please is there any one that can help me out with this problem.

Geir, first of all I would like to apologize that you have not got an aswer though Helidirect, how have you been trying to contact us? I would like to try to find where the disconnect happened...sometimes help desk tickets get missed...especially if you submit on the weekend as no one might see the ticket over the weekend...I do tend to spend a lot of time on line trying to keep up with questions, etc even over the weekend so I am very surprised that I didn't catch it....the time I spend on emails and the helpdesk is one of the reasons I am not on the forums very often...there is just not enough hours in the day! :D

When you say "sonic" speed controller...are you talking about a "hobbywing" ESC. As I might be mistaken but I don't believe "sonic" actually makes an esc...at least we do not carry it as a separate item on our website and I didn't receive an ESC in my HDX450 kit...just the motor...
