has anyone noticed how cheap the parts for the shaft conversion are?

i read that only the parts from the boom and the case are needed,
the supplied frame-part and the main gear are the same.

all toghether less than 20.... conversion kit 50,
what am i missing here???

Well spotted.
The only other thing is that the sd tail case is wider to allow for the bevel gear, but then if you were to buy a spacer pack or two - http://flying-hobby.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=3_5_8&products_id=2474 then maybe no need for the sd tail case. The total for these parts from flying hobby with two spacer packs is $16.60. That means I paid $43.40 for a spare main gear and frame plate :arggg:
