new pheonix user???

hi guys,well yes, i have at last bought a pheonix, this is the basic one i think,is there anything i should do to get the best out of this sim? i,e the extra downloads for this sim,are they necessary for a noobie like me,i'm having trouble trying to hover a trex450 trainer at the moment,i,m beginning to think i'm too old for this new hobby,i shall get back on it now for another bash,cheers guys,bob

Download all updates from the Phoenix website. Read the on-line user manual.

Well I don't believe you can ever be too old for a sim, I started at 47 now I'm 48, I can hover in all orientations, do flips, loops, rolls, tictocs, and fff, waiting for the weather to change (it's been terrible here this year) to start some inverted.

I have it down on Phoenix inverted and all, just have to do it for real.

So download the updates and go at it, you will find the larger birds a little easier to learn on, also using the hover training is very helpful.
