hanale,
Might I recomend, the photo showing your gyro and tail servo I noticed the connectors are not secured, meaning there is nothing keeping the connector from coming apart.
Also, I am not critisizing your install in any way, just wanted to point something out to the original poster. In the photos by hanale, he has zip ties to keep the wires bundled and look clean. I would recomend sliding some fuel tubing over the zip tie prior to wraping the wires. This will prevent the sharp edge of the zip tie from cutting into the insulation on the wires. There is a lot of vibration and left unchecked, can eventualy cut through the servo lead.

Same clutch as me....and I'm sorry I can't remember where I ordered it from.!!!
Note on my wiring, I got myself a set of crimping pliers and plugs and shortened several of the servo leads.

Archiebald,
Wow, that looks great! I prefer the braided wire covering it's much cleaner than fuel tubing around the zip tie. Do you do wiring as a profession?
My clutch bell came from HeliProz for $10 bearings installed and clutch liner included.
I think a little heat shrink tubing around the rudder servo connector to keep them together during flight is a good idea. It's a cheap fix and keeps the oil from the fuel out of them. What's even cheaper is a little dental floss and tie them together.
I'll use your idea about shortening the wires and crimping new connectors back on. Another great idea!
Take Care

Thanks hanale,
No I don't do any form of wiring professionally, in fact I hate the stuff, always looking untidy and tangled. I guess thats why I have a fetish about making it neat and tidy so I can forget about it.
