Wow, what a crowd.............ATT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 Heli dedicated flight stations on the West End of the field. This is an electric only event but I got here this morning and the Flight line was full with well over 100 RV's and Travel trailers. With 2.4 the long flight line is no longer a big deal and the short flight station lines move fast. Any Freaks that come stop by the FlightPower tent on the west end and give me a shout. I will try to get some pictures up tomorrow.

Definitely can't wait to see the pictures of this one. The biggest event I've ever seen is Birmingham but I certainly don't remember 100 campers/trailers on Wednesday :YeaBaby:

Good to see you out there Clint. It sure was fun. These large events is where 2.4ghz really shines. I managed to get plenty of heli flights in :D. On Saturday the weather was threatening early in the afternoon, luckily it cleared right up.

Man, that VXL Rustler sure was FAST!!

Yes 3 from Birmingham was killed as the plane they was in took off from Souther Field. It was about 50 feet off the ground when it rolled to the left and went it. There was also a fire involved. But witness's to the crash said the impact most likely killed them.
I knew Darryl Garrison, the other two I did not know.

Godspeed to them.
