Wondering if anyone knows the progress of the V-bar 2-axis system.
I saw it mentioned with part # on this page:
http://www.logo10.de/vstabi/more2.html
"# 4010 V-Bar 2-axis system for aileron/elevator"
I got a SK360 and would like to compare it with the v-bar but also want to keep my spartan tail gyro. I know v-bar has a bit more experience so i'm curious.
thanks

The news on that site is old, it is before the release of the first v-stabi system.

No reason why you shouldn't use your Spartan with a V-Stabi- only you save the convenience of having setup all on one program - you also can get the gain settings which at present you can't on the Spartan - I took my Spartan off my L500 and found the V-Stabi gyro much easier to setup

I see. So I assume there is no 2-axis version in the works.
Has anyone tested a SK360 on their loho?

Ancient History and Technology. The Vstabi tail is equal to, if not better then the best 2 tail gyros available.

I would have to agree the V-sabi is a great Gyro, I would not think to change it it locks and holds better than any other gyro I have ever used.

Ditto,
Vbar tail gyro holds very well, but thats only part of it, it also piros very consistant.
It helps when the other 2 gyros are used to feed info for the tail gyro, which is what 2 axis flybarless systems lack.
Thanks.
