I just saw an advert in model airplane news about Hitec's micro servos are going digital, except of course the HS-45s . Could you use the Hitec HS-55s in a Gaui?

cuzz, i wouldn't worry too much... Not sure why everyone is so set on digital for cyclic anyway? They draw a LOT mure power so our already short flight times will be cut even shorter... is digital really that much better? I have no experience just can't see how centering is going to be a problem on something this size. IMHO the other programable widgets on a digital would also be very hard to take advantage of in a heli this size, purely coz its so hard to take accurate measurement or make changes on this size model!
BTW you made a judgement of 306s vs HS-45s yet and how bigs the difference?

Yeah I see what you mean.
Patience grasshopper patience. :smokin:. Still working on my Dad's Gaui. You'll be the second to know once I get it airborne what the difference is (the second obviously cuz I'll know before you do ;) ).

HA! It's not that we're not working on it, we can't get the servos for another week. For some reason in Hong Kong, despite the space shortage, the R/C heli guys over here are into 60 and 90 sized nitro machines, and you don't exactly use HS-45s in a JR Vibe 90  so they're hard to get.
