Futaba 7C Screen Protector now available...

Hello Folks,

Just a short note to let you know the Futaba 7C Screen Protector is now available. It took a little longer than we had hoped but it is a completely new screen with a new set of drawings and dies. Does that fit all 7C radios? I've got a several year old 7C with the original film over the screen but the film isn't doing so well anymore. One of these would be great.

Thanks for asking and I'm sorry its taken a day or two to get back to you. I've been out of town.

It is my understanding that all of the radios in the Futaba 7 Channel line (T7C, 7CAP, 7CHP, 7CAF, 7CHF) share the same LCD screen. We used a T7C FASST radio to design the new 7C Screen Protector. If you would like to order, I will certainly refund your purchase if you find the Screen Protector doesn't fit your older TX.

I wouldn't mind having one, but I'm not sure it's worth the risk of having to return it if it doesn't fit. I hate having to pay for shipping...especially both ways. If a local shop had them, I'd check 'em out.

Actually we pay shipping to get them to you. That's for all modelers, world wide. We get a lot of e-mail asking about shipping and I've added a little note at the top of the product page. ( http://www.rcscreenprotectors.com/index_files/Page434.htm)

We do have a dealer program but none for any US shops, yet.:) Strangely enough, we have sent shipments of a 100 at a time to several shops in Hong Kong.

We really just want to provide something folks can use and are sincere that we want folks to be happy with their purchase.
