Kong/Maxpro charger cycling feature

Nifty feature for new batteries. The charger automatically discharges/charges up to 5 times to break in the battery.

Here's my question:
The discharge will drop it down to whatever voltage you set, however the highest selectable voltage is 3.6v/cell. So I set it to 3.6, let it go through a cycle, and it put back 1830mAh on a 2200mAh pack or about 83%.

With the 80% general rule, anyone think this an issue?

Also noticed it shows the mAh taken out after a discharge. Ran it down to 3.6/cell again and it took out 1860/2200 or about 85%... maybe it doesn't matter as much since its drawing much much slower than it would running in a heli?

Either way, I'm a bit cautious about it.
